Core
A focused process built around a clearly defined challenge or desired shift.
Development programmes
UpMe’s development programmes are designed for situations in which leaders, teams or organisations need to create a clear and lasting shift.
Each programme begins with a defined current position and a concrete objective. The work is linked to real situations, decisions and behaviours, with progress reviewed to understand what is changing and what impact that change is creating.
Four distinct starting points
The right programme is determined less by title or position than by the situation you are facing and the shift that needs to take place.
Leadership Transition is a structured development programme for leaders entering a new role, taking on a broader mandate or establishing themselves in a changed organisational context.
Leadership Effectiveness is a structured development programme for leaders who are already established in their role and need to create clearer accountability, stronger execution and greater organisational effectiveness.
Leading Change & Transformation is a structured development programme for leaders and organisations that need to translate a priority change into clear direction, changed behaviours and practical execution.
Commercial Growth & Execution is a structured development programme for commercial leaders, leadership teams and organisations that need greater clarity around how growth should be prioritised and delivered.
Leadership Transition is about establishing oneself in something new.
Leadership Effectiveness is about increasing impact in an existing role.
Leading Change & Transformation begins with a defined organisational change that needs to gain traction.
Commercial Growth & Execution focuses on commercial direction and the organisation’s ability to translate that direction into results.
In an initial conversation, we clarify the current situation, objectives and needs, as well as the type of development process that should be prioritised.
Programme levels
Core

How a programme works in practice
UpMe establishes a shared framework for objectives, delivery and follow-up, while adapting the programme to the participant’s role and the organisation’s circumstances.
Programmes are delivered online, in person or through a blended format. UpMe is based in Stockholm and works wherever the need arises, in Sweden and internationally. Engagements are available in Swedish and English.
Core is a focused process, Advanced provides greater scope for application and follow-up, while Executive addresses more complex roles and organisational settings.
Programmes can be delivered individually, with several leaders or as part of a broader organisational engagement. In organisation-sponsored work, a sponsor may be involved in clarifying objectives and expectations.
The process begins with a conversation about the current position, objectives and needs. Relevant objectives and indicators are then defined and reviewed throughout the programme.

In organisation-sponsored engagements, a sponsor may help clarify objectives, expectations and organisational parameters. Personal reflections and the content of coaching conversations remain confidential. Sponsor reviews take place at an agreed level and focus on objectives, progress and next steps.
UpMe matches the assignment with the coach’s training, professional background, experience and ability to work with the relevant role and situation. The aim is to secure both professional relevance and a productive client relationship.

Price and scope are defined once the need, target group, programme level, delivery format and any sponsor involvement have been clarified. UpMe then provides a clear proposal covering the format and investment.
If there is a relevant fit, UpMe summarises the need and proposes the programme, level, scope, delivery format and next step. You can then decide whether to proceed.
